Terms and Conditions

  • I agree that when my pet attends Springside Boarding that I have read, understood, and accept the following risks involved. Whilst I understand that all care and effort will be taken to prevent injuries and whilst injuries rarely occur, injuries that may occur throughout the time my pet is in their care could be but are not limited to: Minor and Major dog scratches, Minor and major dog bites, Foot infections and sore pads, worn down nails, muscle sprains, Canine infectious diseases, Breed specific injuries, Death due to known or unknown existing health problems or old age.  Whilst it is understood that the staff will exercise caution and their duty of care during the day, and that careful assessments are made on every dog that attends Springside Boarding. I am aware that due to the nature of the environment, my pet may be injured due to accidents and that no amount of supervision, sanitation or cleanliness could prevent.

 

  • I agree that my dog is on a regular flea, worm and tick prevention treatment and therefore should not have fleas, nor be able to pick up fleas from other dogs at Springside Boarding.

 

  • I understand that should my dog fall into the following categories which are fence jumping, high energy play / behaviour that the risk of an accident occurring within Springside Boarding is higher. By bringing my dog to Springside Boarding, I exclusively accept the fact that an accident may occur no matter how much supervision and training is provided to my dog.

 

  • If there is a medical event involving my pet, including injury or illness, I consent to Springside Boarding taking my pet to an available veterinary clinic and understand if the event is not directly the consequence of Springside Boarding, I will be responsible for any fees for treatment.

 

  • I understand that if I bring my own bedding/toys for my pet, if it is chewed or damaged by my pet that Springside Boarding holds no responsibility.

 

  • That payments to Springside Boarding made no later than the date of collection of the pets shall be made by cash, Eftpos or bank transfer.

 

  • CANCELLATIONS FEES

 

  • 3 weeks over Christmas/New years

 

  • 2 weeks over Easter

 

  • I understand if I cancel my stay or do not show up to my booking during Christmas, New Years or Easter I will incur a cancellation fee – 50% of my booking period.
    – The cancellation fee will not incur if you cancel 2 weeks prior to booking dates.

 

  • I understand if I:
  • Drop my pet off either morning or afternoon, I will still have to pay for this day.
  • Pick my pet up in the morning before 10:30am, I will not have to pay for that day but if i pick up in the afternoon i will have to pay for this day.

 

  • I understand that Springside Boarding charges has drop off and pick up hours of
    • 8:30-10:30am and 3:30-5:30pm sharp, and should I be late or early the following charges will apply:
    • 1 hour before 8:30am and after 10:30am = $30
    • 1 hour before 3:30pm and after 5:30pm = $30
    • No drop offs / pickups between 12 – 2pm daily.
    • Call out fee outside these times will be determined by directors of Springside Boarding

 

  • That, subject to alteration by Springside Boarding, these conditions shall apply each time pets are admitted to the care of Springside Boarding.

 

  • I acknowledge I have read and understood this and am entitled to a copy now or whenever required.
